  1. For Trader Customers, you can send an email to support@gictrade.id to get the SITNa Username and Password (Password is only valid for 7 (seven) days). Then you can check the conformity of each transaction that has been made on the page www.sitna-kbi.com
  2. For Market Maker Customers, Every Monday on the Member Area page you will get an Omnibus Username and Password (because the SITNa Password is only valid for 7 days) then all transactions received by the Market Maker System will be listed on the GICTrade Member Area page.

In line with that, SITNa increases customer trust, provides customer convenience in transactions, and increases transparency and enhances the positive image of futures trading at GICTrade.
